Construction coordinator is responsible for overseeing parts of the building process, supervise scheduling and quality, track expenditures. You must also
work closely with other workers (carpenters, painters etc.) on the construction site to troubleshoot and solve problems, reschedule around delays, and
report financial and other miscellaneous information to General Manager.

Duties:
• Controlling and organizing team of 20 latvian workers between couple of projects around Stockholm.
• Explaining tasks and duties to the workers.
• Quality assurance and control.
• Translating to non-English speakers.
• Employees time tracking.
• Organizing equipment, tools, protective clothing, sometimes materials in an effective manner to achieve construction targets and budgets.
• Assisting the General Manager and representing the company on all construction sites.

• 5+ experience in the field of construction.
• Supervisory skills.
• Must be competent and professional builder yourself and be able to ‘lead by example’.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Needs to be computer literate and thorough regarding all paperwork.
• Fluent English + latvian and russian.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude to work.

You can expect competitive strarting salary 1300 LVL in hand. *(all taxes paid)
