We are searching for online customer support team based in Riga. The work is not related to sales, - only information support to our customers. Duties: • Responding to customer phone calls and emails. • Providing all necessary info regarding the service. • Searching for an optimal solution if a problem occurred. • Working with customer database.

• Perfect knowledge of English or/and French language (verbal & written).
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Strong communication & analytical skills, ability to learn fast.
