Continuing our company's growth, we are looking for professional Call Centre Operator.

Work schedule - full time or by shifts:

• morning shift 09:00-21:00;
• evening shift 13:00-01:00.

Responsibilities:

• handling incoming calls and advising clients;
• providing product information, recommending suitable solutions and processing current orders;
• sale of company services and registration of new reservations.

Prasības kandidātiem

Requirements:

• very good knowledge of English;
• the ability not to get confused and to cope with stressful situations with a smile on the phone;
• positivism and ability to take care of people on the phone;
• excellent communication and collaboration skills.
