Call Centre Representatives

• You will provide exceptional service by telephone to Finnish speaking customers.

• Get in touch if you are fluent in Finnish and English.
• Have an interest in the financial sector.
• A willingness to provide excellent customer service over the phone and are ready to work shifts on weekends as well as nights.

• A genuine interest in the customer's concerns.
• Independence and accuracy.
• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage.
