• previous work experience in construction;

• proficiency in Estonian/in English at the professional communication level (B1).

Desirable attributes include:

• previous work experience in Scandinavia;
• Norwegian D or ID number;
• professional certificate in construction and B-category;
• driving license.

• rotation system 3/1or 6/2 weeks (you're free to choose);
• solid and stable work throughout the year;
• working conditions and remuneration in accordance with current Norwegian legislation:

     - remuneration from 223,8 to 277,9 NOK/ h (gross); certified carpenter's salary from 242,7 to 288,9 NOK/ h (gross); 

     - a secure salary system that ensures salary increases every 6 months;

     - the opportunity to do piece work and thereby earn an additional performance fee;

     - by completing the company's specialist training (3-5 months) and mentor training (from 6 months), you will earn approx. 20% extra to your hourly wage;

     - holiday pay of 10.2% of annual salary;

     - food allowance 110 NOK/ day;
