Job Description
· Responsibility for all controlling activities, strategic and operative
· Support the Managing Director in all controlling matters
· Direct, coordinate and monitor the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting according to the IFRS and group reporting rules for the local entities
· Supporting and monitoring of the preparation of local statutory accounts
· Further development, optimization and documentation of the internal controlling processes for efficient controlling procedures; ensure compliance
· Responsibility for value oriented management
· Steering of the planning processes from an operational and strategic point of view
· Implementation and monitoring economic analyses and measures to optimize operational processes

Requirements
Candidates will be graduates in Accounting or Finance, ideally with MBA qualifications. They will have at least 5 years business experience within a service orientated environment which must include:
· Experience in a commercial environment in the field of financial control and accounting of a service oriented company · Strong experience with financial reporting (incl. IFRS) and information systems and experience in managing and developing a controlling function · Excellent knowledge of local regulations (tax etc.) · International experience/coordinating subsidiary reporting in a complex business environment · Experience in managing finance professionals directly, indirectly and functionally · Russian/ Ukrainian as well as English language to business level is required · Excellent knowledge and experience of management information systems and tools, e.g. MS Excel, Hyperion, and common ERP systems · Strong analytical and financial skills · Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

Company offers
The Ukrainian company started to cover the expanding local market two years ago and is actually present with about five branch offices. In the future, the company is supposed to cover the Moldavian Market as well.
The CFO leads and coordinates the controlling and accounting department of TKEU. He/She reports directly to the Managing Director of the local entity as well as to the RC EE CFO.
