Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Cluster Assistant Revenue Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for strategic analysis and management of inventory and rate strategies to maximize total revenue opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Action Plan Implementation: Execute the Cluster Manager’s action plans to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly KPIs based on Total Revenue Management principles.
  • Daily Analysis and Reporting: Conduct daily pick-up analysis, adjust strategies accordingly, and generate reports to track performance.
  • Sales Strategy Coordination: Coordinate updates, stay restrictions, and rate changes to align with the hotel’s selling strategy based on market demand.
  • Room Forecasting: Complete room forecasting to accurately project demand and pickup for both group and transient bookings, both short-term and long-term.
  • Dynamic Forecasting: Provide weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
  • Demand Calendar Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a 24-36 month rolling demand calendar for each hotel.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Help create and develop pricing strategies tailored for each hotel.
  • Group Business Strategy Assessment: Assist in assessing, analyzing, and pricing group business strategies for each hotel.
  • Market Analysis: Perform competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends for each hotel.
  • Participation in Budgeting: Engage in the annual budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning processes.
  • Process Improvement Recommendations: Offer recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of revenue management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in revenue management or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with PMS and RMS systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Mandatory work exsperience in the tourism sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in English
