We are looking for Cluster Marketing Manager to drive 5 Hotel Marketing Strategy, someone who believes in marketing and is ready to roll up sleeves and make our hotels to be seen as the best option for clients. Each of the hotels has great, unique selling points.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with relevant Radisson Hotel Group commercial departments.
• Work with relevant external commercial / outsourced partners.
• Content creation & content management.
• Brand Management.
• Support implementation and activation of new corporate concepts and initiatives – B2B & B2C.
• Marketing Communication.
• Communication activation.
• Loyalty – Radisson Rewards.
• Interaction with 5 hotels.
• Support hotels on key F&B outlets in regard to positioning, promotions.
• Online, E-commerce and digital support.
• Social Media.

Requirements:

• experience in marketing manager position 2 years and above;
• experience in Hospitality would be an advantage;
• you are familiar with marketing intelligence reports ;
• B2B or B2C experience;
• experience in content creation and management;
• familiar with social media use in marketing;
• someone who is flexible and eager to succeed;
• fluent Latvian and English, any additional languages would be advantage;
• Previous sales background, preferably from hospitality or tourism field;
• 2 years + working in similar position or related to Sales;
• Excellent communication and Outstanding presentation skills;
• Confident and sociable person, who is driven by targets;
• Preferred practical knowledge of hospitality services;
• Good English, Fluent Latvian and any other language will be considered as an advantage ( Languages needed in order to communicate with Clients verbally and in writing);
