KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To remind customers of late payments by phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist customers in resolving financial matters and maintaining a good credit history.
  • Evaluate customers' requests and needs and provide appropriate solutions where possible.
  • Assist and support other Collection teamtasks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • We will appreciate experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution and persuasion skills.
  • Precision and persistance.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Lithuanian and English skills.
