Job Description
• Develop on the sales strategy and fulfil the company's sales plan
• Be in charge of the network of second - hand clothing shops, control the work of sales and coordinate the marketing activity of the company

Requirements
• At least 3 years in sales leadership role in retail;
• Good knowledge of modern fashion essentials;
• Fluency in English and Latvian;
• IT literacy;
• High level of self-motivation, precision and commitment to results ;
• Honest, hard worker, helpful and result orientated personality;
• Experience in textile would be advantageous;
• Drives lisence.
