Job Description
Evolution Gaming is seeking a Communication Manager that will ensure the implementation of communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organisation and its products’ brand value.
The Communications Manager is to support daily business and ensures that stakeholders receive high-value, actionable information that conveys the business performance in a clear and meaningful way.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and direct the internal communications strategy that brings valuable, measurable impact to the organisation
* Ensure that the company values, plans and targets are an integrated part of all the activities across the company
* Support the management team with effective communications procedures during critical initiatives or emergency/crisis situations
* Direct and execute client and internal communications
* Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities
* Ensure establishment and appropriate use of the corporate logo, colors, templates, signatures
* Ensure appropriate planning and implementation of communication activities
* Liaise and develop relationships with counterparts in communications, PR and employer branding management.

Requirements
Qualifications and experience
* 3 years communications experience including interaction with senior-level management
* Degree in Journalism, Communication or Marketing. Master level degree preferred
* A creative thinker with demonstrated success in translating broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications
* Excellent grasp of communication trends and issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication, editing and presentation skills
* Strong project management and time management skills
* Trusted advisor and responsible with highly confidential information
* Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
* Positive, people oriented and energetic attitude
* Proactive type of person
* Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
