Job Description

Main responsibilities:
  • Implementation of company sales strategy in Latvian (OR Baltics) market.
  • Market data collection, processing and presentation.
  • Providing input to action plans according to local needs: assortment, pricing, key customers.
  • Finding new clients and development, maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.
  • Solving all local issues, managing purchase orders and after sales activities.
  • Coordination and executing marketing and sales promotion activities.
  • Requirements

    Personality and background:
  • University degree (preferably in economics or technical field).
  • Successful sales experience in a technical products field, experience with climate equipment will be your advantage.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Independence – ability to target and manage sales activities without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Result oriented, active personality and self-motivation.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluent Latvian, very good English and good Russian, PC skills, driving license.
