Compliance manager

Ensure compliance of services, business, or organization to defined standards (ISO9001, ISO22301, PA-DSS, SSF, SLC, PCI DSS and others as required).

We are looking for experienced professional with IT or Quality/Security compliance background to join our Quality, Compliance and Operational Support security team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance of products, solutions, services, business, or organization to the defined standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communication with corporate functions and external auditor companies.
• Implementation of standards requirements for products, solutions, services, business or organization.
• Coordination and follow-up on implementation and compliance governance.
• Preparation and participation in internal and external audits.
• Consultancy for colleagues on standard and compliance related topics.
• Identification and managing non-compliances and issues.
• Awareness and internal trainings on standards requirements for the employees.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of international standards (preferable ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO22301).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (incl. networks, cloud, data centers) specifics and processes is considered as an advantage.
• Certifications and experience in internal audits would be considered as a significant benefit
• Analytical thinking and sense of responsibility.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English (both verbal and written), Latvian or Russian.
