Darba apraksts

Main responsibilities:

• Daily  and weekly project work planning.
• Material order.
• Project work execution according to the budget.
• Ensure that safety regulations are being followed.
• Daily workforce activity management and control.
• Communication with project manager, client,  participation in daily / weekly construction meetings.
• Taking care of necessary documentation: checklists, reports, quality control, PrimeQuality reports.
• Post project analyses.

Prasības kandidātiem

Main requirements:

• Professional or higher education in the field of construction.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing construction works (concrete works preferable).
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize one's own and subordinates' work perfectly.
• Ability to delegate tasks and control their execution.
• Experience leading a team of workers.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD).
• Driving license (category B).
