Conversion and/or Retention manager (multiple positions)

Our client is looking for new Conversion and/or experienced Retention Managers to fill multiple positions in the new Riga office.

What you will do:

• build and Manage relationships with our customers to ensure the Sales process;
• participate in the Sales process by presenting platform solutions to new and existing customers;
• drive usage and up-sell of our products with customers, seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and Sales process revenues;
• liaise proactively with the customers to prevent and resolve any customer issues and concerns;
• have a great understanding of our Product, competitors, and overall industry trends.

The successful candidate is:

• fluent in written and verbal English (additional languages are an advantage);
• excellent relationship manager, active developer of loyal partner relationships;
• able to make multiple phone calls via the working hours keeping the concentration;
• aiming at the result, able not to accept rejections, ready to handle objections;
• stress-resistant problem solver;
• clients oriented but revenue driven;
• team player;
• fast learner.

Candidates for the Conversion Manager position couldn't have previous experience in a similar role however the knowledge of the forex industry, previous experience in sales or support will be an advantage.

Candidates for the Retention Manager position should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the forex industry.
