Job Description
Subsidiary company of Mantinga group is looking for a country manager to manage a convenience mini market chain in Latvia. As a country manager you will be running a small local team like your own startup, meaning you will be solely responsible for the success in Latvia. You will be responsible for company’s operations, sales, HR management, finance and supply chain.
Your role will focus on:
Operations – managing the team of replenishers, warehouse employees and accountants. Ensuring customer service and products availability in our mini markets.
Sales – development, implementation and control of sales strategy in Latvia. Acquiring, managing and expanding clients’ portfolio. Preparing, negotiating and signing the offers and contracts.
HR management – hiring, managing and shaping the team of the country.
Finance – ensuring the accounting compliance with the laws of the country. Planning of country’s budget and ensuring implementation.
Supply chain – ensuring products availability in warehouse. Planning and managing routes of replenishers. Negotiating with local suppliers.
