Country Operations Manager

• Sales operations management in the Latvian and Estonian markets targeted expansion in both markets.
• Management of the local sales team to help set and meet the goals.
• General administration and office/warehouse staff management.
• Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
• Retail market analysis of local competitors and global leaders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Management of lease contracts, negotiations with landlords.

• A degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in people management, sales, operations, and leadership.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian.
