Crewing Specialist

An international crewing company with the offices in Hamburg, St. Petersburg and Odessa is looking for a Crewing Assistant for a newly, soon to be open office in Riga.

Your tasks will be:

• Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
• Assist in travel arrangement  including Air/Ferry/Land Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation etc.
• Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents)
• Assist on all crew issues.
• Perform data-entry to company`s crew management software.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in crewing of tankers
• Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal
  skills.
• Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
• Able to work fast under pleasure.
• Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
