Requirements

• Passion about customer care and company provided services;
  
• Previous customer care experience field in financial institution or call center;
  
• Results-oriented and positive personality with good analytical skills;
  
• Degree in financial field and interest in financial markets will be considered as an advantage;
  
• Excellent Russian or English skills (verbal and written);
  
• German or any Scandinavian language will be considered as an advantage;
  
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
