Job Description
Environment: Based in Latvia, the casino operational team manages the casino products services, both operational and marketing of our group companies. As company is launching its new UK-phasing brand, we are looking for a team of Customer Experience Executives to strengthen our operations. Under the responsibility of the Head of Support, CEEs will guarantee the customer satisfaction to the growth of the product.
Your missions:
Handling customer inquiries, requests and complaints via different contact methods with unique touch.
Work as part of a young team of professionals who are aiming to provide the best services and solutions in the industry.
Interact closely with other departments across the business.
Provide help with marketing content.
Helping to improve the product overall.
Requirements
Experience:
Native or fluent level in English or French, both written and verbal.
Experience within a customer service environment is preferred.
True team-player and self-starter - Customer service focused.
Excellent communication skills.
IT skills, especially in web-based applications.
Being able, flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends.
We consider as an advantage, if you:
Are confident over the phone and have experience from sales.
Have an experience working within the gaming and gambling industry, either from brick and mortar casinos or from online business
