Job Description

  • Quality customer service, call answering, information provision and processing.
  • Online order taking and processing.
  • Order status monitoring.
  • Preparation of quotations and invoices.
  • Resolving non-standard situations.
  • Arranging and controlling deliveries in cooperation with warehouse colleagues.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service - electronically and by telephone.
  • Controlling the availability of out-of-stock items and keeping customers informed.
  • Updating e-shop content - adding products, translating and creating descriptions

Requirements

  • High sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of a good customer service culture.
  • Experience in customer service and sales is desirable.
  • Sales and results oriented personality.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Very good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and acquire new knowledge.
  • A university degree is desirable.
