Darba apraksts

  • Registering customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the quality of customer service based on company-established standards.
  • Organizing team work.
  • Organizing the purchase of automobile glass.
  • Improving information databases and processes.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Experience in leading a customer service team or acting as a senior team member.
  • Experience in developing or implementing customer service standards will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
  • Quick orientation, initiative, responsibility, decision-making skills, and adaptability to innovations
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Out-of-the box thinking and problem solving.
  • Fluency in Latvian and Russian language and good knowledge of English.
