Customer Service Manager

ECU Worldwide expands the services in Latvia, therefore we are currently looking for: Customer Service Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Preparation of offers/quotations to clients and agents.
• Processing of customer´s orders and booking of cargo at ECU offices and agents.
• Shipment delivery arrangements and planning.
• Entry of documents/information into the system.
• Invoicing to agents and clients.
• Communication with ocean carriers, clients and agents (in writing and by phone).
• Communication with warehouse, securing handling of documents between office and warehouse.
• Support custom declaration, administration.

• Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general industry documentation/communications.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required.
• Strong work ethics with high level of responsibility.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, pay close attention to detail and work independently.
• Fluent in Latvian and English (required for business correspondence).
