CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

• Provide first level support to company clients;
• Develop relationships with clients by understanding the clients’ business strategies and providing them with consultative services that meet their needs;
• Organisation of tenders and preparing credit insurance offers for clients and prospects;
• Administration of credit insurance contracts;
• Regular market research activities and reporting to Heads of the company;
• Participate in the identification of new sales opportunities.

• University or college degree;
• Previous experience in customer service and operations management;
• Strong client service orientation;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Fluent Latvian and Russian language skills;
• Excellent English language skills.
