Customer Service Professional - the first contact point for international customers.
Main responsibility of the incumbent will be to execute customer orders and inquiries without any mistake and in a professional manner.
Other responsibilities:
- Daily contact with customers
- Coordination of all activities toward customer
- Claims solution and return process
- Advice on product, prices and payments
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Management of assigned customer portfolio (companies located in the Scandinavian countries).

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English and FINNISH or SWEDISH or NORWEGIAN
- Ability to handle several customers with differing profiles
- Ability to work under pressure and with responsibility
- Certain experience in previous customer service may come as an advantage
This position is also suitable for fresh graduates and/or candidates with other than customer service experience.
