Job Description

As a part of the support team you are responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints and questions in the automotive sector. You should provide the clients with answers and solution to their problems with the best quality.   • Provide customer service and support
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify the problem to resolve with quality and efficiency
  • Follow up on the complaint until the agreed resolution is achieved
  • Follow agreed processes and complaint handling policies
  • Apply agreed goodwill policies
  • Manage goodwill cases
  • Collection and maintenance of customer data
  • Reporting on customer subjects and claims
  • Daily co-operation with Front Office
  • Participation to the development of Customer Service processes, guidelines and tools Additional tasks and responsibilities:
  • Other extra tasks that concern the customer and quality department
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager
  • Possible business travelling to perform the position duties
  • Requirements

    Required background, experience and education:
  • At least secondary education, BAC education is an advantage
  • Background in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Sales, After sales, claim handling experience
  • Excellent Latvian and Norwegian language skills (verbal and written)
  • Very good English language skills (required for training and internal communication)
  • High standard of fluency in written communication
  • Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Siebel is an advantage
  • Able to type 25 words per minute Interpersonal skills:
  • Strong customer service focus and problem solving skills
  • Excellent listening, conversation and negotiation skills in both written, face to face and phone
  • Systematic and self-initiative working approach
  • Sense or urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to adopt instructions and handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Good team work skills and readiness to give and receive feedback
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
