At the moment to our office in Riga we are looking for customer service specialist.

Requirements
• University degree or another higher education. Students also are kind desirable.
• Customer service experience – will be advantage;
• Working experience in logistic field or transport - will be advantage;
• supervision of realization orders (via computer system,e-mail,telephone)
• giving back information for customers about orders realization;
• invoicing;
• payment supervision;
• contact with customers for accumulation of orders;
• very good interpersonal skills;
• good organization and communicative skills;
• strong motivation to achieve success;
• good command of MS Office (especially Excel);
• fluency in Latvian, English, Russian.
