Darba apraksts

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Cooperation with sales, warehouse, logistics
  • Order taking and entering into the ERP system
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to operate in Outlook, Excel, knowledge of SAP is a bonus
  • Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
  • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Good communication, co-operation, social skills, and positive mind
  • Fast learner and precise way of working
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High-stress tolerance and skill to prioritize
  • Excellent Latvian, good English and Russian
