Darba apraksts

  • Lead Customer support team members, supervising the daily operations of the Customer support Department.
  • Develop new and improve existing business processes in line with industry best practices.
  • Control and improve process of customer orders/requests including communication with external/internal customers.
  • Deal with customer complaints and reported issues maintaining of correct documentation flow.
  • Maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • Previous experience at least 3+ years in customer support management is a must.
  • Proactive customer oriented approach.
  • Experience in project/change management and process automatization.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills. High attention to details.
  • Very good verbal and written Latvian and English language skills. Any further language will be taken as advantage.
