Customer Support Specialist (English and Russian language)

About the Role

As Full time Customer Support Specialist - Your responsibilities will be to handle incoming calls and emails about technical and service queries from customers about their portable devices (incl. smartphones, tablets, computers) in Russian language.

• Fluent Russian language (min. C1).
• Good English skills (min. B2).

Location: work from home or office.

Working hours:

• Contact center business hours in winter: 7:00-21:00.
• Contact center business hours in summer: 8:00 - 22:00.
• Work in 9,5 h shifts (incl. lunch).
• Full time

Salary:

• From 1150,- to 1400,- Euros /Gross.
