Customer Support Specialist (English and Russian language)

About the Role

We are looking for new colleagues to join our Team at Webhelp that will work with our client - Airbnb, that supports customers with lodging, vacation rentals, and tourism activities!

Your job tasks will be to support customers via calls and e-mails, and closely work together with Team Manager to find best solutions for customers!

What do we expect from you?

To have fluent Russian language skills (starting from C1 - both verbal and written) and also good English language skills (at least B2 language level).

You will need to have ability to work independently and meantime have solution oriented personality with proactive and positive attitude. You will be part of international team and it will be great if you will have customer support experience, but if not, we will be more than happy to teach you the skills needed for the job!

Working hours:

• Shift work, from Monday to Sunday (incl. public holidays), time range: from 09:00 AM till 00:00 AM.
• Work in 8,5 h shifts (incl. lunch).
• Full time.

Start date: 3 February and 17 February.

Salary:

• From 1150,- Euros Gross.
• Opportunity to earn monthly bonus up to 100,- Euros/Gross per month.
