Job Description

  • Provide product and technical support to Polish customers.
  • Resolve issues quickly, efficiently and with empathy.
  • Provide effective on-boarding to new customers.
  • Introduce new functions and improvements to current customers.
  • Find opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, retention and sales.
  • Translate customer feedback into new features and improvements.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year customer success experience.
  • You have passion for customer service and customer success.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • You have great problem solving skills - no answers means that you need to get out and find answers.
  • You are patient for explaining complex concept to your audience
  • You are focused on results, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Previous farming or farming industry experience would be an advantage.
  • You are willing to relocate to Tartu, Estonia.
