Customer support specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Communication with clients in Russian and English language.
• Handling technical and service queries from customers about their portable devices.
• Taking Incoming calls.
• Registration of complaints and recommendations in the system.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every contact.

• Fluent Russian language (C1).
• English language knowledge at a fluent level (B2).
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally.
• Self-motivation and logical thinking.
• Preferably previous experience in a customer service role.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to analyze information.
