Customer Support Specialist

We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialist (English and German / Dutch or French languages)

Your responsibilities:

• currently we are looking for a new coworker in the vacancy customer support manager (working languages - English and German/Dutch/French);
• the job duties include communication with customers via e-mail, telephone and online chatting (only incoming e-mails and phone calls).

• excellent knowledge of English and German/ Dutch or French languages - in written and spoken;
• honest, ingenious and willing-to-work personality;
• high sense of responsibility and reliability;
• hard-working and goal-oriented personality;
• manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

• work in a modern office in the Riga city center;
• work in an international company;
• valuable knowledge and excellent experience for future development;
• health insurance after probationary period (3 months);
