Customer Support Specialist (technical support)

We are looking for communicative, friendly and customer focused personalities to work in our Team at Webhelp.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Webhelp you will be handling incoming calls about technical and service queries from customers about their portable devices (incl. smartphones, tablets, computers). You will need to provide really good customer service on every contact and meantime maintain strict confidentiality of business-related data. If you join our team, you will be working with our client that is American tech Company. 

Our requirements:

• Fluent Russian language (min C1 level) and good English skills (min B2 level).
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking.
• Self-motivated and competitive.
• Computer-literate.
• Good typing speed in English and Russian.
• Ability to analyze information.
• Clear criminal record.
• At least one reference from previous employer.
