Customer support specialist (with German language)

The customer of I-Work is the global market company whose production facilities are located not only in Latvia, but also in other countries. As the company develops, we are looking for Customer support specialist (with German language).

Your responsibilities:

• Communication with clients in English and German.
• Communication with customers via e-mail, telephone and online chatting.

• Excellent knowledge of English and German languages- both in written and spoken.
• Honest, ingenious and willing-to-work personality.
• High sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented personality.
• Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
