Danish Speaking Customer Consultant in INGO Team

Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as Danish Speaking Customer Consultant in INGO Team.

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
• Is responsible for card support and account administration;
• Manages new orders and registrations;
• Advises our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
• Is fluent in Danish (both verbal and written, at least B2 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues
• Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems
• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills
