Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 12 months(Remote work possibility)

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA

You could be the one who:

Takes care of our customers via phone and email;
Is responsible for card support and account administration;
Manages new orders and registrations;
Advices our customers regarding station campaigns and products;
Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.

Requirements

Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;
Is fluent in Danish and English(both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues;
Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems;
Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;
Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).
