to be accountable for all parts of the Services delivered within the CRM system delivery track;
to follow-up and control the delivery costs according to given guidelines;
to evaluate IT service delivery by vendors and evaluate Service Activity, Service Level Requirements, and End User Satisfaction;
monitor the overall delivery of IT-Services, manage escalation and initiate mitigating actions, when supplier deviates from the agreements;
to work in a multicultural environment, in close cooperation with Tele2 companies and colleagues in Riga and abroad.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in an international company;
experience of IT systems delivery;
experience, knowledge, and insight in Telecom, Client Relationship Management Systems;
degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or other relevant education;
an organized and service-minded personality;
great leadership skills;
effective communication and negotiation skills;
fluent in English both speaking and writing.
