Darba apraksts

  • Leading, coaching and developing Deployment planning team members (2-3 people);
  • Organizing product deliveries from other Carlsberg companies (located outside Baltics) as well as from 3PP suppliers; Proactively communicating to commercial colleagues any upcoming supply issues (shortage, overstock etc.) of purchased goods;
  • Periodically monitoring Intercompany sales development vs. plans on Baltic level;
  • Planning, tracking and improving inventory, service level and other functional KPI;
  • Contributing to budgeting and long term planning process by providing deployment related inputs (prices, transportation demands etc.);
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives aiming to optimize deployment processes and tools.

Prasības kandidātiem

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a supply chain environment. Experience in a results’ driven FMCG environment and/or managerial role would be beneficial;
  • Solid business understanding and good knowledge of end to end supply chain management;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Natural affinity for root cause analysis and continuous improvement, ability to initiate and drive change;
  • Critical thinking and the ability to manage details while never losing sight of the big picture;
  • Capability to organize work in situations with lot of ambiguities, set and readjust priorities, simultaneously work on various projects;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to develop and empower team members;
  • Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written);
  • Advanced knowledge on Ms Office (especially MsExcel). Knowledge of PowerBI would be beneficial.
