Summary of the role: to be the point of contact for the Client and agency key specialists in the Baltics. Will report to Client Business Lead and manage full purchase funnel digital media activities in close cooperation with the Digital media lead, E-Commerce lead, and their teams.

 

What Digital Account Manager will do:

  • Maintain communication with other departments and other markets within the Publicis Groupe
  • Take a leading part in the development of tactics for digital campaigns
  • Prepare clear brief tasks for the leads of directions for planning/set-up/reporting and control digital campaigns based on media strategy agreed upon with the Client
  • Collect and provide in-time reporting of advertising campaigns to the Client Business Lead
  • Control of deadlines and key KPIs for projects
  • Initiate the implementation of new procedures for Client service improvement
  • Team coordination on the Baltics level and project management
  • Lead and control the invoicing process

 

Prasības kandidātiem

  • 2+ years of digital agency experience (digital planning direction, digital accounting direction)
  • Project management skills
  • Good argumentation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to look at the results at a bigger scale and proactivity
  • A desire to develop in the advertising industry, curiosity about the newest trends, and willingness to learn
  • Understanding work with Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Youtube, Adobe Analytics, Meta, Twitter, Spotify, Eskimi, Adcolony, Delfi, Tvnet, Adquota, and Programmatic Display / Videoplatforms. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook user skills
  • Good command of English (upper intermediate level and higher)
