Main responsibilities

Security manager is responsible for Oberthur Latvia site physical and logical security management and security operational tasks. Security manager works independently and is supported locally by local IT support and management

Tasks
* Manage OT Latvia site compliance to Visa & MasterCard security requirements, PCI and corporate requirements;
* Perform daily, weekly and monthly IT security tasks according to OT checklist (log audits, networks scans, configuration audits, penetration test audit);
* Communicate with OT global Security management group;
* Maintain personell security awareness, perform training as neccessary;
* Administer personell related security checks;
* Supervision and administration of key management activities;
* Manage site audits/certifications according to card scheme and PCI requirements;
* Manage security non-compliances (audit findings) to resolution;
* Act as an owner of local physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm system, outsourced security guards);
* Manage security incidents (missing products, thefts, alarms,etc);
* Writing of local security related procedures as neccessary;
* Audit and check compliance to local security procedures;
* Manage OT site security corrective, preventive and improvement tasks

Fluent spoken and written Latvian and English languages;
Previous experience in Security manager role
Strong communication skills, willpower to achieve compliance to processes
Attention to detail and adherence to established processes
Ability work independently, manage own workload and priorities
CISSP / CISA certifications will be considered as advantage
