Job Description

  • Budget planning including the special annexes and requests associated with purchases
  • Financial follow-up for all the contracts managed by the EAB
  • Maintenance of database to support clients billing and responsible for the follow-up of all
    clients payments in relation to Network, Service and Royalty charging
  • Secretary of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Documentalist for EAD documents and follow-up of the Service Level Agreements


    Requirements

  • Higher secondary education plus 2/3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in contract management
  • Experience in billing systems
  • Well-developed drafting and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse information using logical and appropriate analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of the AIS environment would be considered an advantage
  • The working languages of the Agency are English and French. For this particular post, an excellent command of English and a working knowledge of French are required.
