End User Specialist / Product Trainer (Baltics)

• Actively assist customers in the selection of the proper SBD Power Tools
• Build and maintain a qualified customer database
• Give technical support for customers, sales representatives and key account managers, responding their questions
• Train dealers and end customers within the product portfolio
• Participate in trade fairs, presentations of products, actively participate and take leadership in customer events, demonstrations and appreciation days
• In-store activities: initiate professional in-store visit, maximize cross merchandising and second site product placement opportunities, execute inventory management actions, conduct in-aisle product training, and be willing to engage in end user sales advice

• Acquired Higher Education degree
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Previous work experience in the crafts industry is a plus
• Experience in customer relations and sales is a plus
• Motivation and interest to work in a technical industry
• Fluency in Latvian and English, Russian skills would be a benefit
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, independent, flexible and strong team player
• Ablility to work with technical data
• Strong focus on customers
• Systematic approach and high degree of organization and commitment
• B cat. driving license

Remuneration of EUR 1800-2600 gross.
