Engineer / Project Manager

• Professional responsibility as RIB in projects, including calculations and logistics.
• Project management for assignments.
• Consulting and projections in construction engineering construction.
• Follow-up and calculation in construction projects.
• Work with public and private customers.
• Design and planning of projects.
• Quality assurance of drawing and construction.
• Close collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Typical work tasks Engineer / project manager at AgroQuip:

• Responsible for operation and targeted management of processes for tenders and delivery/ installation of steel buildings.
• Project and customer follow-up.
• Contact, communication and networking with customers and suppliers and other partners.
• Active contact and follow-up of customers during the construction phase• Manage the project from A to Z.
• Ensure that the individual project is carried out in accordance with the Contract,requirements for HSE and Quality.
• Be responsible for safety, health and working environment (SHA) according to ClientRegulations.
• Work in accordance with current laws and regulations, HSE and qualitysystems.
• Financial management and reporting in collaboration with the sales manager.
• Quotation calculation in collaboration with the sales manager.
• Participate in construction meetings with other disciplines.
• Operational management of construction projects.
• Contact with technical department and subcontractors.
• Personnel, budget, finances and responsibility for results.
• Participation and management of the calculation and contract phase.
• Budget and cost control.
• Reporting of progress and deviations to management.
• Get the total responsibility for several projects from A to Z, with responsibility forimplementation at the right time, cost and quality.
• Prepare and be responsible for budgets, progress and quality.
• Contract, negotiate, "close" and follow up contracts.
• Participate in early phase assessment of projects.
• Contribute to creating an important decision basis for management.
• Prepare value assessments of projects and evaluate concepts.
• Flow of goods and orders for projects.
• Personnel Management.
• Follow-up on construction sites.

• Engineer education, desirable with direction building / construction. If you have experience from construction sites, skilled workers or construction workers, this is an advantage.
• Good as-buildt technical understanding.
• More than 3 years experience from consulting / engineering business, preferably more.
• Experience with calculation tools.
• Experience with BIM is desirable but not a requirement.
• Ability to work interdisciplinary, collaboration with other subjects and personel.
• Good knowledge of Latvian and Norwegian (or other Scandinavian language) is required and English is preferred.

• Salary: 5700 EUR gross monthly (4000 EUR net)
