English Speaking Customer Consultant for Ireland

Provide professional customer service to Irish customers via phone and email;

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and offer solutions;

Assist with card support, account administration and order processing;

Advise customers on station campaigns, products and services;

Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and service purposes.

• Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
