Our client, a renowned global gaming software provider is looking for an Equipment Integrity Specialist to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor and update operational reports, database ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports: roulette wheel inventory files, integrity and bias reports.
- Ensure that all relevant operations equipment is available, risk-safe and working.
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance. Roulette wheel level control and maintenance, cards inventory, security and utilization check.
- Actively participate in process improvements related to gaming equipment.
- Analyze all gaming equipment malfunctions and repairs or direct technicians to perform repairs
- Capability to perform and oversee integrity evaluations based on gathered data, interpreting results and provide recommendations
- Drive the continuous equipment improvement process. Perform quality improvement and control functions: supervise equipment specialist, roulette monitoring team, and new equipment testing.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks.
- Report regularly to senior management.
- Ensure neatness and accuracy of all work.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans in all areas of responsibility to optimize performance of the business and outperform competitors
- Develop and produce job / projects’ status, KPI and equipment performance reports.
- Manage equipment related orders / supplies match company standards across all entities.
- Instruct, consult and support all studios in all matters related to equipment.
- Describe process, provide required info to gaming authorities that regulate studio operations during yearly audits.
- Plan, forecast and control equipment related budget.
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

Prasības kandidātiem

- Higher education.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a management role within casino operations.
- Understanding of casino operations, game rules and strategies.
- Computer competence and strong knowledge of the MS Office products.
- Possession of the following personal attributes: motivation to achieve company targets; ability to work in team; desire to learn and be part of a continuous development.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to maintain assigned tasks, meet deadlines, possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
