- Organization and administration of companies daily operations;
- Effective team management;
- Planning, organization and execution of purchase, storage, processing and transportation of grain and rapeseed;
- Establishing and maintaining sound working relationships with suppliers, customers and other institutions and organizations;
- Planning and controlling of the resource usage;
- Providing of reports in a timely and accurate manner.

- at least 5 years experience in trading;
- good management skills;
- knowledge of Latvian agricultural market;
- fluent in written and spoken Latvian, knowledge of Russian and English;
- good communication and negotiation skills, problem solving ability;
- good computer skills;
- driving license.
