Job Description

• Your will be responsible for dealing with inquiries, client offers, maintenance and execution of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain good working relationship with own client base to further grow business opportunities
• Develop and manage client relationship for both confirmed and potential customers
• Day-to-day communication with existing customers
• Control of sales offers in-time
• Preparation of reports and feedback regarding customer offers sent
• Implementation and control of running projects.
• Foreign projects contract documentation preparation
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development

Requirements

• Excellent English language knowledge both oral and written
• Excellent communication skills to interact successfully with management, internal departments, agencies and customers
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to adjust to fast changing business conditions and is always result oriented
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Regular travel is anticipated
