Job Description

Pro Bro Express is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our fast-growing international team in second new-model Express Car Wash Tunnel in Riga (Kārļa Ulmaņa street 76)

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash tunnel, ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Typical day in this role:

• Motivate, lead and train team to achieve KPI targets in newly opened car wash tunnel in Riga;
• Lead operations according global Pro Bro Express standards;
• Ensure excellent customer experience;
• Maintain car wash equipment and ensure proper operation;
• Organize work shifts and provide required documentation/reporting;
• Support team for continuous efficiency and excellence improvement;

What are we looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• At least 2 years’ experience leading team;
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends;
• “Get it done” attitude;
• Self-motivation to learn;
• Good English skills– intermediate or higher;
• Technical skills (advantage);
